Can I bring my own parts for you to fit to my bike?
Yes, although I can order parts for you I also fit parts that you supply. I charge £40 per hour for labour.
Do I need to wash my bike before bringing it to you?
Yes a clean bike is easier and more hygenic to work on.
Can I pick up and collect outside opening hours?
If you find it difficult to visit between my opening hours please let me know and I will do my best to accomodate you and find a compromise. Please be aware that I have a life outside of Detail Bike Tech and although I might still be at home it doesnt mean that I am available.
Can I just turn up with my bike?
No, I work on a strict appointment only service. Please get in touch to book your job in and arrange a drop off time.
Do you offer a warranty for your service work?
If you encounter a mechanical problem after a service or have any issues with parts I have supplied/fitted please contact me ASAP for a resolution. All new parts come with a manufacturers warranty which I will process for you.
